Dr. Ver Steeg is married to Gretchen Ver Steeg, also a Fort Dodge native. They have two daughters. Dr. Ver Steeg enjoys spending time with his family and has a wide range of hobbies. He is known as a talented jazz drummer and outdoorsman.
